Information regarding
appointments
Clients are only given an appointment following a gateway interview, if the problem
cannot be resolved at that first meeting. Unless it is an emergency.
This can cause some confusion to
the clients waiting for a gateway interview after being told "that we don’t do
appointments".
Clients can make an appointment at some of our outreach locations, if they are
available, although these get taken up very quickly.
