Minerva
Training

Ever since we were established in 1967 we have delivered well
regarded training
on people skills, dealing with debt, legal rights and
entitlements. In recent
years
we have made some of our courses
available to external organisations and
individuals. Under the brand
name Minerva we offer training courses, coaching
and consultation
services to other organisations and to individuals
outside the Bureau.
The services we offer are:
-practically focused and rooted in our day to day experience of advice giving
and the continual changes in the needs of our clients
-developed from the regular training we make available to our own staff and
volunteers to give them the skills to do deliver our services
- based on our experience of providing mentoring, coaching and appraisal to
staff of other organisations, particularly in the field of debt casework
